Scope and who we are
This policy explains what information reaches letv.org, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the content published on Living Elegant, Transforming Vision and to interactions you initiate with us by email.
What comes to us through this site
Living Elegant, Transforming Vision is an editorial site with articles about high-end residential design and construction. We do not sell products, run a newsletter, or host advertising or affiliate tracking. Registration for readers is closed.
Information reaches us in three main ways:
- Comments you submit on an article, if you choose to comment
- Technical data produced when your browser requests pages (standard server and CDN logs)
- Messages you send to our published email addresses
Comments
Articles may allow comments. When you submit a comment, WordPress receives the text you write and the name and email address you provide. Your IP address and browser user agent are captured to help with spam filtering and site security. If your comment is approved, the comment text and the name you supplied are published on the article.
WordPress can store cookies on your device if you opt to save your name, email, and site for the next time you comment. Those cookies exist only on your device and are used to prefill the comment form on future visits.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses a small number of functional cookies:
• WordPress sets session cookies for signed-in administrators of the site. These do not apply to ordinary visitors.
• If you choose “save my information” when commenting, WordPress places commenter-convenience cookies so the form can remember your details next time.
Our caching/CDN layer may set cookies or use similar technology strictly to deliver pages reliably and quickly. We do not run analytics, advertising, or affiliate pixels on letv.org.
Server, hosting, and CDN logs
Like most websites, our hosting environment and content delivery network keep logs of requests to the site. These logs typically include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, referrer, and your browser user agent. We use this information to operate the site, diagnose performance issues, and protect against abuse. If you email us
If you write to any address at letv.org, we receive the contents of your message, your email address, and any headers your mail client includes. We use this information to reply and to manage the thread. Messages are processed by our email service provider and may be stored in our mailboxes as long as needed for correspondence and recordkeeping.

We do not profile visitors, sell personal information, or run targeted advertising.
Who else can see it
We share information only with service providers that help us run letv.org, such as our hosting company, content delivery network, backup services, and email service. How long we keep it
• Published comments remain visible as part of the article record unless you ask us to remove them or we remove them during moderation.
• Comment moderation queues and spam hold items are cleared periodically.
• Server and CDN logs rotate on schedules set by those systems and are retained only as long as needed for operations and security.
• Email correspondence is kept as long as necessary to manage the conversation and our records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to delete it where we no longer need it, or to limit or object to certain uses. Where applicable law provides additional rights, we honor those as well.
